As part of this partnership, qualified buyers of San Diego properties may receive a credit of up to 1.5% of the purchase price (equal to one-half of the cooperating broker compensation) applied directly through escrow toward lender-approved closing costs.*

How the Buyer Partnership Program Works

Step 3 – Let's Talk Strategy

Once you've found a property you would like to purchase, contact me before submitting an offer. We'll discuss pricing, comparable sales, market conditions, disclosures, financing, and the best strategy for presenting a strong offer.

Step 4 – Professional Representation from Offer to Closing
